DALDEWOLF's IP/IT team is hiring
DALDEWOLF’s IP/IT team is hiring: experienced Belgian qualified lawyer, with 2 to 6 years of working experience and a decent background in intellectual property.
We are DALDEWOLF’s IP/IT team. Within DALDEWOLF we handle all matters related to intellectual property, (digital) technology and, more generally, innovation. We handle questions relating to industrial property (patents, trademarks) and trade secrets but also copyright and digital law (software and database protection, protection of personal and non-personal data).
We serve clients active in a variety sectors such as medicine-health, digital (data analysis, IoT, AI, software & platforms), recruitment & HR, retail or F&B. Our clients range from international groups and Chinese companies to well established Belgian companies, tech startups and scale-ups. We assist them with strategic advisory work, we negotiate, draft and revise contracts for them and we do their (inevitable) litigation.
We like to travel and so do our clients. We support them with their internationalis ation. Our China Desk assists clients with ambitions to develop their (IP-related) activities in China. Our Africa Desk takes our clients by the hand and offers legal assistance, solidly backed-up by our Kinshasa office.
Our perfect match is an experienced lawyer with a Belgian degree, 2 to 6 years of working experience, a decent background in intellectual property (patent, trademark, copyright law) and a curious mind (within the confines of law and common decency). They are not afraid of technology or hard (but rewarding) work. Ideally they are fluent in English, French and Dutch. They are thorough in research and precise in wording. They are flexible, enthusiastic, agreeable to be around and ideally fun too.
A legal-tech mind wins us over, as does their eagerness to develop new (business) initiatives.
We encourage minorities to apply.
